I think that all the dismay and disappointment on the Corbin side is due to the over hype and expectations of the Corbin fans. If you look back at the post prior to the game every player was over hyped on the Corbin team. I expected them to come out wearing red capes with a big C of the back and potentially be walking on water. I did not see the punts for 50 yards with a five second hang time, players singing Christmas carols on the sideline, NFL quality quarterback, running backs and receivers. I saw very good Corbin players competing with very good Boyle players. This was quite possibly the best high school football game that I have ever seen.

As for the transfer football players Corbin has no room to complain. Last time I looked at the Corbin students where the resident district was not equal to Corbin district the number was around 900 students. This was some time ago, but I really do not expect the numbers to have changed greatly.
