This thread pops up every year by the same person.  With that said get behind the program!!!

Though I hate to agree with a person who's avatar is able to hold out his arm ONLY because he is on a Viagra fix ....I agree with SUR....Same guy about every year starts something on here about McCreary's coaching staff unless it's his kinfolk/buddy coaching at the time.  Been doing it for over a decade now going back to the Coach Gay and Watts era at McCreary in 2009/2010.  Too much politics in a rural area and about like the Game of Thrones situation for coaching/superintendent/principal/teacher jobs at McCreary.  "Get behind the kids" was said back in 2010.  Only the kids suffer threads like this when the coach is dogged during the season.  Doesn't help at all.

I want say it’s been around 3 or 4 years since there has been a thread on this. It is about politics there to even get a job above poverty. So is the coaching for the football team always family. Never a solid outside hire. It doesn’t take a thread you know when you coach/leader isn’t getting it done. Maybe the coach will step down and ride his golf cart into the sunset
