I don’t remember correcting anyone. Just sharing my little opinions. I have enough leadership experience to know there is a sure fire cookie cutter path to mediocrity or loserville, and most programs that find themselves there, do the same things. It’s usually a community mentality rather than the product of any one person’s efforts or failures.
