I ask again…did the state of Kentucky not pass whatever bill everyone was discussing back in July stating that transferring players have to sit out 1 year no matter the circumstances?

No…I believe the law states if you don’t physically move into the district you have to sit out a year. If you put your kid in a school before his freshman year and you live out of district it’s fine but once they start their varsity career and you transfer without a address change I believe you have to sit.
