Again, typical "Ram" dad! However something that we agree on! The best on the team should play and others should work hard to try and EARN a spot. That hard work is generally rewarded with playing time. What you want to sell is that, put the time in, work hard buuuuttt... if we find someone better outside our system we will replace you!! That isn't how it is i the REAL WORLD! If it was you would be out of a job as well as myself. Most companies are loyal to employees that work hard daily and show up for work everyday unless you've done something to get fired. Not sure what line of work your in but Im glad im not in your occupation if your worried that your boss is always looking to replace you! Maybe you should ask a Raceland parent whose kid has been affected by this instead of assuming because you've not heard from them!! LMAO

You are a fool if you think your company or any other company out in the real world is loyal to you. As soon as you stop making them money you will get the axe bub! Another thing…..you asked what would I say to the parents that’s supported the youth groups and donated money and time? Good for them. But if they did it in a effort to buy their kids playing time then that’s on them! If you back a program and give money or time you should do it for all the kids….not in the hopes that it gets your child playing time. For those who do that I say thanks but no thanks….we don’t want your kind here!
