No. My check does not come from the government. I am a defense contractor, which means that I work for a private company that has to submit periodic bids to keep me employed.

So let me see if i got this
You work for a Defense Contractor who get's there money from the federal government 
Then they give you some of that government money for whatever the hell you do 
That is the definition of a government dependent

I am no more a government dependent than a guy who sells cars to the federal government. My employer sells software applications that I design and create to the federal government, among other customers. That's a little different than the government checks that you receive. I work for a living.

I am on leave. I like to save my vacation days for long weekends. I also post while having lunch on some days. Not that it is any of your business. I am guessing that you are not working for your check, which explains why you are always on here during the day.

Actually, programming is really not as difficult as most people believe. However, programs that contain numerous spelling and punctuation errors will not run at all. You would be ill suited for my line of work.
