Yes and No



It all depends if the principal is serious about the football program....look at Betsy Layne they have coaches coming in and out all the time and you cant run a program like that. But if the school would stick with a coach a few years while out of district play it can and would be a good thing. And you cant expect a coach to come his first season and win them all. He will be rebuilding and the kids will be learning every game and then the coach would also need to keep it fun for the kids and keep them interested in the program.
