Talking about “the right way” It was said multiple times that the kid was CLEARED! Back in October. Played the entire season and surprise!! Right before district tourney someone attacked the kid again from behind the scenes. I have zero connection to anything within an hour and 20 mins from Greenup but I know these type situations all too well. It’s always some scared rival coach or parent causing a he problem. The kid obviously had a Bonafide change in address since it was checked and cleared. Twice! If someone from Lewis co had a problem with Greenup then have it but why should that kid pay a price that High? Like I said, I pray he wasn’t a senior. If Lewis was so superior to Greenup then it sounds like it wouldn’t have hurt a single thing if the kid would have played. I guess some adult somewhere wouldn’t have been able to sleep at night thinking a kid may have missed one of the hoops they thought they should have jumped through.

It’s clear you know nothing about the situation, and I find that humorous. I’ll say it again...the KHSAA hasn’t even issued a ruling yet. GC did not do their due diligence regarding “clearing” or “confirming” anything or they wouldn’t be in this position. Did you even read the superintendents letter? And nobody is scared of anything. Lewis Beat greenup by 20 WITH the kid. But in case you didn’t know, and it’s obvious you don’t, these things don’t happen overnight. You have no idea when this was reported or how long it took to get to this point. But by all means, keep spewing your ignorance. It entertains me.

By the way, I’m an hour away from all this too, but I know the folks at Lewis Co and they don’t come any better. I’d bet my paycheck against yours you’ll never see them doing anything remotely close to what the GC adults did. That’s who you ought to be mad at if you wanted the kid to play.
