I think Either the assistant did or the head coach. It also stated that there was overwhelming evidence that there wasn't a bona fide change in residence with his entire family relocating with him.

This goes on far too often. Someone had to come to the KHSAA with prove and evidence for them to take action. I could name at least 10 kids that left schools and got a utility bill at a location in the new schools area but they are still living in their previous home.
