I think it should be weighted more heavily on w/l %. Isn't the w/l % weighted the same as opponent w/l %?

It's like:

w/l % - 35%
opp w/l % - 35%
opp opp w/l % - 30%

IMO it should be something like 50/30/20.

But what do I know?
