Many people thought that GMU's "Dream" would come to an end in the first round against MSU or if not there then for sure in the second round against defending National Champs UNC. So called "Luck" be it that you can make it past those two teams then beat Wichita St (Who beat a good Tennessee team). No question to it tough, Playing the #1 team in the nation in UCONN, this will be a blowout hands down! Hmmm, seems GMU found a way to pull that one out too!

I think the point that I am trying to make is that it is no longer a "Dream" IMO. Maybe the selection committee knows something about the mid-majors that we don't. Looks to me as if GMU us a GOOD team and not just a push over as many hoped :thumpsup:

They have completed a great deal of the dream, but the main goal and finalization of the dream will be a National Championship. I don't see it happening. I will eat my words if it does.
