With few exceptions, "smart liberal" is an oxymoron. I have always liked you, WR, but you are no Alan Dershowitz, when it comes to defending liberal policies.

Men and women should not be segregated "in the restrooms." They should not be sharing the restrooms period. As for defending ourselves, when one is right, no defense is required in a battle of ideas.

But that's the same as water fountains essentially. It's segregation. What's so wrong about all 31 genders sharing the restroom together?

If we don't see people come around on their own, hopefully states will pass ordinances requiring businesses to have gender neutral bathrooms.
