Coach Haywood is as Honest and by the book man as there is. He loves the Program and would do nothing to tarnish it. To succeed in High School Athletics, mainly football, you need a system. You need a legal system to feed talent in year by year. Reload not Rebuild. Belfry has one of the best systems in the entire state if not country, and it's all legal. The only ones who have a problem with it are the ones who can't beat Belfry and those people typically forfeit.... Go Pirates!
