If you look again, you see that the backup RB was in from the start of the 2nd qtr on, I believe, and JV QB entire 2nd half, plus a lot of linemen rotating, etc. reserves got plenty of snaps, but now at the point in the season where you really need to keep sharp. Starters got a perfect amount of rest, I believe, and I think this different approach will serve the team well.
