You do understand just how far Pineville is from Corbin right?
If Pineville ever need absorbed, it would fall to Bell County, which is only 5 minutes up the road, not to mention the school in IN Bell County.

Heck, you've got all of Knox County in between Pineville and Corbin. That means Bville, Knox Central, and Lynn Camp are all closer to Pineville than Corbin is.

If a Laurel County school is ever opened up in North Corbin, than Lynn Camp will suffer the most. A lot of those kids over in Keavy and around the wal mart area attend Lynn Camp instead of going to South. If it weren't for the decent size population in Grays and West Knox, im not sure Lynn Camp would even exist. A lot of those parents send there kids to Corbin for the sole reason of academics anyways.
