Well, my contacts say they haven't bought the property yet, but that it is in the works. The 2 schools they have there now are getting way over crowded - according to the guys I work with who have kids that go to school there. There used to be a London High School, that was an independent school until the consolidation - where I understand they took London, Bush, Lily and Hazel Green High School's to make Laurel County High School, then later that school split in to North and South. That area in particular seems to be growing in industry and jobs, crossroads there that make it really appealing to those looking for new opportunities for work related projects. :eyeroll:

If they were to open a new, that would be the best choice, as all of north London is taken up by North, and South is spread out from in town all the way to the Corbin city limits.

More than anything, the state law keeping a town from reaching into more than two counties is whats absurd. North Corbin should be Corbin city limits. No question about it. After all they don't call exit 29 the south London exit. Its Corbin just like exit 25. When teams come to play Corbin from north, im sure they get off exit 29 instead of in south Corbin. At least that would be much quicker.
