Who are legit contenders for Mr. Football this year?

I have been watching Mr. Hartz all season. I think he doesn't get much notice because Owensboro Catholic had a down year, by their standards and he plays for a 2A school. I'm not saying it's right, but that's the way it is in Kentucky. Devon Hayes is in a similar boat. Fant gets all the attention and one of the best QB's in state goes unnoticed. He is just now getting any recognition. Here's the state leaders in passing. Bear in mind that Hayes has played one less game than most because of a cancellation against Bryan Station.
