Breaking a record with free kick is the equivalent if breaking the record in the 100 meter dash with the wind blowing in your back. I am not taking anything away from him, the kid had a leg and he should be proud of himself. As many have stated Pack is a sophomore and will likely break his own record with a "legit" field goal which will quiet all of the critics of the current record but until that happens this record will always have an unofficial asterisk beside it.
