I'm just sharing what I've been told.

I too thought Towles had a ton of upside, but there is a reason why he isn't playing. I know he had a infection during the summer and a injury recently, so who knows, he may just be behind the other two because of missed time, I don't know.

I was just told that he had problems with the playbook. Maybe it was play calls, signals from the sideline, etc. I don't honestly know.

As for Barker, maybe he isn't what most expect, but he didn't get offered by the schools that he did for no reason.
