that is nuts the bottom line is we make a kid stay and he usually plays no more, we let him go where he is happy and it could mean every thing to him and his family and yes if enough of the kids leave or not participate maybe just maybe the school aluminu and the political leaders in the town will reconize the purpose and the importance of athletics in a student bodies activities and will clean up their program. What would you say or do to a child who would leave your school in search of a better MATh program?

If he is not going to play anymore if he stays then why stay. Go to other school and don't play there.
To me and I've always said this. If you transfer you sit 1 year no matter what. If its worth sitting a year then 1.you had to transfer,2. it wasn't for athletics or 3.it was for athletics but was worth sitting out a year.
KHSAA doesn't govern math or academic competition there would need to be a KHSAcademicA for that.
