The answers are: No. No. Yes. Yes. Anyone with a scintilla of intelligence knew months ago that the number would be "reported" as under 8% at this time. Only a true idiot would believe that the numbers have not been doctored. The convenient timing of the drop should be obvious to all. And now we have our "October Surprise".
Did anyone ever doubt that if the numbers went below 8%, that a republican would claim it was a set up deal?
