We have to be able to switch the triple option up some. We can run it out of the wishbone, veer, or I formation, and like Whitley does now with a spread formation.
If ran correctly, the triple option offense IMO is the hardest for a high school defense to stop.
As far as the D goes, a 4-3 would be great, got to have some speed though.
