So it's not a transfer if they just switch to another school in the county? Sorry that's not going to work. Technically it's a transfer, and we should take Knott's regional title away from two years ago. The drought would still exist for Knott, if not for a transfer.
And btw, you ragged on here when Corey Martin transferred from Hazard to PCC, and that was within the county.
