Arkansas can not make it, the only way the SEC can have 3 teams in is if Georgia beats LSU. If LSU wins, they'll be the SEC rep and play in the national championship against Bama, an at-large from the SEC and would be the 2nd SEC team.
Arkansas's best chance at getting into a BCS bowl is if Houston, Boise State, and Oklahoma State all lose, but even then it's a very long shot. Really their BCS hopes crashed and burned when LSU went nuts on them. What's even sadder is there is a very real possibility that the Pac 12 and Big 10 will have 2 teams each in the BCS bowls
