playing devils advocate here.

ask any senior on an 0-10 team if they would be willing to travel for 2 hours, so they could put on the pads 1 more time and play 1 more last game in their lives of organized football and tell me what the percentage is of the kids would say yes... i bet it would be very high.

remember these are kids that for the most part play the game because they love football not to get a college scholarship. what is the problem with giving them one more game...

That's a somewhat romantic p.o.v. If I'm a senior on a team miserable enough to be 0-10, I'm thinking "Let this end." It's like being on life support with a terminal illness.
