Nobody has beaten Hoover this season. Nobody has beaten Trinity either but a 5A team that gave them quite a scare has already been eliminated from the playoffs. I think most posters would agree that this is a good Trinity team but it is not on par with some of the great teams of the past.

I believe that if somebody cannot find an enjoyable football game to watch in Kentucky, they need to get a bus ticket to a state where they feel more at home. However, I am not naive enough to believe that Kentucky football reigns supreme over states like Alabama that produce many more top college football prospects year after year.

Bowling Green gave them a great game under every circumstance they needed to win. Trinity down 2 quarterbacks was able to defeat Bowling Green in Bowling green. Yet the next week against their rival were able to beat them like they stole something 48 to 0.
Why do you say that this Trinity team isn't on par with the other great Trinity teams. Keep in mind that they haven't have many undefeated seasons this decade.

Just look at the games against out of state competition. Trinity beat Elder at home by 2. Elder lost 5 games this season and is getting ready for basketball. Trinity lost by 7 to Cincy St. X, which has already lost 4 games this season and will finish 6-5 unless they upset Colerain today. Trinity blew out a Lawrence North team from the Indy area that ended its season 2-9. Where is your evidence that this is one of Trinity's best teams? Are you saying that Trinity's best teams cannot compete with Ohio's best teams? Because this Trinity team would be an also-ran in Ohio this season.
