I see your point, but the statement was made to the effect of - in Lexington where the was an "impartial judge". Being elected a judge and then avoiding controversial decisions for political gain is, IMO, just as unethical as ruling for political gain. The "impartial" part just got my goat a little. I sensed an implication that there was no way a judge in Pike County could be impartial. Maybe I was wrong and if so I apologize. However, I think folks in the hills need to realize we have many darn good professionals - and a few duds, but that is universal
