Quite the contrary, the loss to Russel should have no bearing on the investigation. If there are found guilty of recruiting illegal players, they should suffer the consequences. Whatever the situation is, it should be resolved immediately. Guilty or Innocent should be rendered very soon! This shouldn't be dragged out indefinitely.
