I'm guessing that it would be similar to the Memphis situation with Calipari. Even though Memphis had their wins vacated, the teams they beat in the NCAA tourney had no legal recourse. Some of them may have been able to make the argument that they may have beat Kansas in the finals, but it was too late then.
