As it has been said it is too expensive. It is too easy to beat a test. Also how often would you test. Most knowledgable users would use it during the off season. The back pumps and blood pressure issue could hurt performance. I don't think it is as common as people think. Most kids are using over the counter supplements. Look at Texas who did implement testing. It was useless.
