I think the rule is a student's elgibility starts wherever he is enrolled at the beginning of his/her freshman year. I think Boggs was at Perry Central. The fact that he had attended Jackson City and SMS (Breathitt Co.) before that had no bearing on his elgibility. But, when a student has attended 4 different school systems in such a short period of time, suspicion is inevitable, especially when a gifted athlete is involved.
