Cant wait to find out the ruling on this one... If there is so much evidence how could the parties involved think they could get away with it? It's a fact that Belfry has players from WV, but most of them have played there since the first day of their freshman year (which is legal according to KHSAA) but WV is also 10 miles (or so) away from Belfry.... Hazel Green is over an hour away from Pikeville... Not very smart in my book... The old saying goes "it's only cheating if u get caught" and it looks like PCC got caught with their pants down on this one.
