It isn't stalking if they are publicly putting it on their facebook for all of the world to see. Also, the last time I checked, a park and ride is a public place, so if you are there at the same time that the parents pull in to drop off their kids to be picked up by the football coach then that too is legal. Maybe they should have been a little more discreet in their chosen locations.
