Everyone on here thinks their school or back could break the state record. But they did not.

JJ has the record and you guy have two choices:

1) Let your back go for the record
2) Shut up and get over it!

If you guys are such good two shoes idealist why do you slam a kid who earned every yard and a coach that let him earn it. I think you all are just jelous!

If it was easy, everyone would do it.

Jude deserves praise for his efforts and he ran the ball like a warrior even when fatigued beyond belief.

However I think that Matney is the definition of narcissm.
1) He could have easily subbed his limping QB to have the 2nd string one hand off to Jude.
2) He could have subbed Jude after the record instead of leaving him in for a long run that was negated by penalty and sent the kid to the ground in exhaustion in the corner.
3) I think Jude and JC could have gotten the ball back without the "kick off" conspiracy.

Everything the players did for the record is worthy of honor. Everything the staff did is debatable IMO. :Thumbs:
