Not everyone see's things the way you do.

I do think if coaches wanted their players to break records on lesser opponents, then they could probably do it. Everyone has a cupcake game on their schedule, whether that be a district opponent or a non-district opponent.

Then what do you think records are for? Do you think records are being set in the Trinity/St X game? Only the attendance record. The record he broke was already set during a blow out game. Lets remember its not like Matney left his varsity in the set the record. He left JJ in to do something he wanted to do. I do not believe game records are that important. I think season records are better. However i believe this is a great gift for the young man and a way to get his name out there.
