I would like to hear from the coach. If he will be honest. Did he in fact manipulate the score to avoid the running clock and did he concur with letting the opponenet score to gain one more posession? If so, then he would be ok with allowing an asterisk beside the record stating the facts. No disprespect to the player, have seen him play and he is one of the top backs in the state with or without the record. Hope his career in football is long lasting.
