Breathitt will be fine when the regional tournament rolls around in March. Perry did get a few calls but that didn't lose Breathitt the game. Perry Central did an excellent job of breaking the press and they got a lot of easy baskets by doing so. The last second three by Perry Central before the half gave Perry a huge lift and it carried over in the second half. I think it hurt Breathitt tremendously when Taulbee picked up his fourth foul on a questionable call in the third quarter but that is part of the game and Breathitt can't make excuses. Perry was the better team tonight but Breathitt will be fine.

I watched this game and I never once saw Coach Noble out there on the floor playing. Did anyone else see him play??? Coaches don't play the players do. Coach Noble has done a great job this year. Back off!

Nice win Perry. I think you guys sent a huge message to everyone in the 14th last night. Noble, Martin, and Cornett played great. And you gotta love tylers game changing blocks and 15 rebounds. Not a bad game for Amis considering he hadn't tipped a basketball since wednesday and played a football game at noon yesterday then rushed back to play Breathitt last night. And as for you all saying them offensive fouls was the wrong call? You all are completly wrong, you cant just come flying through the lane completly out of control when a defender is camped out down there waiting to take a charge on you. All them offensive fouls was the right call. Congrats Perry.

Those offensive fouls he got called for were great calls. Anyone who could call a block on them does not need to be coaching.

well Coach Noble may not be able to go out and play but he can do these things
1. when your gameplan won't work you can call a timeout and make some adjustments.
2. you can run some kind of organized offense that dont involve going 1 on 1 to the hole
3. you can try to teach player defense on how to gaurd players in the post deny passes how to be in help defense and well i saw none of that last night and that goes back to coaching
4. or how about going for a rebound/boxing out instead of snowbirding when PCC is getting the offensive rebounds try having everybody hit the boards cause PCC got a few long ones that could have been avoided simply by boxing out instead of snowbirding
So here is some simple things that could be fixed but won't so expect your bobcats to not even see the region championship game

Totally agree. Taulbee was out of control and Amis is one of the best in the region at drawing charges.

I rarely disagree with ya, but this is one time that I have too. Taulbee was clearly out of control and the Perry players was set. Good calls imo.

All he is doing is letting Nick Noble run wild and shoot ever shot trying to make him something he is not. Noble need's to get the h--- out of coaching and take that p.e. staff with him.
IDK about that. The only player that stood out to me was Taulbee.

This is the best I've seen Chris shoot in a while. It was probably was due to the fact that after Perry broke the press he was wide up in his sweet spot

perry has finally started playing to their potetional
cornett has finally stepped up and excepted his starting roll over salyers and my thoughts are that sizmore should definately play over salyers way more than he is....

Any team that plays defense on Breathitt County will win.
PCC should be playing better after a mild slump, but imo they are still the one of the top 2 teams in the region.

I agree, atm I would rank Knott ahead of us. I want to see if were completely out of this slump. But its definitely Perry/Knott and a drop off to Breathitt/Horn/Hazard(in no order).

You need to back off, you and everone else know's that Doug Noble would not even make a good grade school coach. The only time that he has ever won any games at any level is when he has held the whole team back, you know it and so does everone else. Also where is the 476 woman? redskinmama. Please get on here and make excuses for little Doug. This is the best team in the region and Breathitt has a p.e. class offense and coaches.

Noway, lol. The team has no big man, it's just a bunch of guards that play no defense. They have to play a fast game though with no big man to go to, but I don't get why they shoot the first shot they get in there half court set. Most of the time its a contested 3. They really run no half court offense. Talent wise Breathitt is the 4th or 5th talented team in the region.

First off the game is over and PCC won this one,but anyone would have to say that THE PCC COACH had to coach differantly than he usually did,i have to say as a Breathitt Fan i liked it,slow down kinda ball he coaches is sad,he has the players to play with anyone, but he dont get the best outta his players,Noble and mullins and salyers are use less to him,And Big Corrnet played way over his head and u PCC fans know it,Now on Bobcats,Nick Noble has too understand that he fouls and he is very important to this team get the ball to insde players,Ritchie needs to shoot closer not a 3 point threat, and Taulbee need to play more inside he is a slasher not a 3 point artist, only mullins at PCC can out jump him in this 14th region, and if Terry and Hays are not hitting they need to be seated no defense at all from them at all,but NOWAY will PCC beat Breathitt At Breathitt we will let them see how it feels to get the close calls and we dont want to hear bad calls,i have to say they were lots good call but lots of bad ones also,KCC come to town Tuesday nite and we should send them home loosers and then we will take care of C'dores and dont forget where the regional is played at this year!!BREATHITT!!! its the BOBCAT TIME again!!Go BOBCATS!

First of all salyers has quit playing all together he has no effect on the way the dores play at the begging of the season he was playing some pretty good ball but now he couldnt play for a good grade school team...and second the big cornett kid is not playing over his head he is just now starting to realize his potetinal and his role on this team and now that this is outta the way the rfs wasnt terrible the players for breathitt was playing wildly and outta control the refs was excellent in this game so there for dont put the loss for bhs on them :thanks::rockon:

I love seeing Breathitt's fans post on here. All they want to do is blame the refs and say wait till the next game. Anyone that knows basketball knows that to win the region you must be able to play defense for a whole game. Breathitt gives up about 80 pts a game. Coach Noble has coached these boys for most of their middle school and high school years and they don't know how to play any DEFENSE at all who gets the blame for that?
If you take away Breathitt's run and gun they aren't going to beat many teams. Wolfe Co. should have beat them on Friday night and that was the biggest difference in their 1st and 2nd game.
