Im sorry but it is very odd that all of these transfers are happening now that Coach Whitaker is at LCC. They may very well have legitimate reasons but you can't say it isn't just a little fishy.

This is not at all the reason he told me that he had to move in with his grandmother to help take care of her. Everybody on here likes to think things are for some atheletic reason cant you all accept the fact that real life situations occur to football players to.

The tough part with our existing rule is it requires the KHSAA to try and figure out the real intent behind the move. Does the grandmother really need help all of a sudden and are these folks the only ones able to provide it, or is this just a convenient excuse to try and justify the move, when the real intent is for athletics? It's very, very hard for the KHSAA to find out the true intent. Which is why I would allow a kid to play at any school he/she is enrolled at on the first day of the school year. Then we could get away from this expensive and exhaustive process of trying to determine intent, which produces inconsistent and unfair determinations.
