North dont want to play clay in semis either but I think it would be best thing to happen to north. Play clay in the semis at home with nothing to loose. I would wager clay would be sent home.

You never know. As bad as they've been it looks like it couldn't hurt, but it could have major after effects on the program that could effect it down the road. It's going to be some more post season. This just makes it more interesting.

I don't get the sudden "Clay County fears..(fill in the blank)". They've been on top of the region all year, back to back titles, and at the very least, one of the top schedules in the 13th to further prepare for the post season. I'm sure they respect everyone, but I don't know about not wanting to play anyone in particular. JMO

Not bad, and I would basically agree especially with the order of the first four. Jackson is definitely better than Bell on down the list, but that's nitpicking. With only two weeks of regular season left it looks like all the district seedings are set with the exception of the 50th, which will be settled this week. It looks like the only team of the eight in the regional tournament that won't be capable of winning at least one game will be the 52nd runner-up, either Bell or Harlan Ind.

I expect barbourville to make it to the regions. Don't consider them a sleeper team. Teams like OBI, Jackson County and pineville would be sleeper and not to win the championship but to upset someone in the district and regional.
