With 1 win the only one carrying this team anywhere is the bus driver and I hear that he wears a paper bag over his head so no one will no who he is and he sits on the other teams side.

AC won like 7 games in 2 years a few years back and they got no where near the bashing SF has recieved by most people on here...Lets not forget they are favored to be back-2-back district champs now...They are a Single "A" school...Your not gonna have good teams every year...Next year things should turn around for the Raiders...

It's statements like SF cutting down the nets which is completely unrealistic for this team is the reason people are bashing every team goes through their up and down years but when they are down they don't make stupid statements like they are going to do better when they know they can

I honestly hope your right, but IMO I don't see SF winning 4 or 5 games next year. JMO

I respect your opinion JYD..They only lose Akers and gain a talented Sophomore in Tommy Joe Hall that will help pick up AKers scoring, plus all the young talent they have will have gained a year of exp.

Still waiting on them to play their 1st game this year but in this case no they really don't need to play this one

No use to argue, time will tell the tell! I hope I'm wrong & they win 20 games next year. However, in my honest opinion, I don't see it happening!

Exactly right...Just thought id throw this out there...Exactly why did Aaron Crum, who is Shawn Newsome's and ALex Hammond's cousin i think, come here to play? and Where would AC be without him?...
Just a Thought!

I wasn't trying to argue:thumpsup: ...I was just putting all that out there...IM not saying they will win 20 games either, but i will go as far as saying they'll win 10 or more games...

Then I guess next year, whoever is favored in each game will automatically win...Thanks for the info BBF25...This just in from BBF25, their will be no upsets in the rest of High School Basketball History, not only because its impossible, but they simply just wont play the games, that is not expected to be close

They are losing their best playing & main (& only, really) offensive threat from a team that has only won 1 game really (2 if you count a forfeit). Who can they beat next year? Look I don't wan't to bash SF, I wish them all the best, but the truth is the truth! IMO they won't win 5 games, at the most, next year either. JMO, you have every right to disagree with it.

Well he is shawn newsome's cousin, but he is in no relation to alex hammonds, they are just best friends. I was told he was born in martin, and his family moved away, but then moved back this year, thats the reason he is playing for AC, and his father graduated from AC. But even without Crum, AC would still be in contention for the district title, and SF would not.

Upsets are one thing and they do happen but South Floyd cutting down any nets would be a miracle of biblical proportions and haven't seen any of those lately just be thankful you only have to play one game

I understand your thoughts on SF next year...But you also got to think about other teams losses...Im not saying they will compete for the Reg. Title, but IMO they will compete in the 58th...
In the 58th...
Losses to Graduation
AC- Crum, Hammonds, Cole, and Turner (Lose States leading 3pt. shooter, close to 50ppg, 4 out of there top 7 or 8 players)
P-Burg- Hall, Stephens, and Clark ( Big Big Losses)
BL- Newman, Case, Keathley, and Lafferty (4 starters, decent PG, 6'7 center, streaky shooter)
SF-Akers and Hayes(about 23ppg)

I don't know but I heard Newman is trying to come back next year. JK

Ok thanks:thumpsup:...I understand that, but why wait till your senior year to move here?...AC(2-4) and would be 3rd in the District without Crum...

AC will still have Prater and the Crowder twins
BL will have Martin, Head, and a host of talented younger players
P-burg, they may be able to beat, but they will still have T. Clark & Burchett
IMO I see SF finishing 3rd or 4th again in the confernce again next year. JMO
