Pup miller, whats he and the lady hornets have done for the city of salyersville, is amazing. They have dominated the 57 district and won the 15 reigon.
With 2 returning stars in megan powers ans ashley hall they will still be a dominate force. Along with underrated jr. "Dew" The powerfull down low force who can easily grab 10+ boards a night. Look for the hornets to repeat for a 5th time as district champs!!!

Is Dickie Adams still @ LCC? He is pretty good too and was good back when he coached @ Whitesburg.

Since he began in 1991 there have been 4 Regional Titles and 2 Runners-Up titles, 8 District Titles and numerous Runners-up. Do you really call that maintaining? Please. What's your problem with Wireman anyway? I'm curious to know. No wait. I really don't care to know.
And yes, Johnson county still has to try to develop elementary and middle school coaches and players, just like any other program.
Actually, I never said that I had a problem with Wireman; you did.
He has maintained an already established and winning program. That isn't bringing the program from scratch.
And again the coaches were already in place for Johnson County when he took over. Not like in Magoffin, where girls basketball didn't even exist.

My apologies then; the overall tone sounded like you had a problem with him, but how much "tone" can you really get from typed words. Anyway, they're both good coaches, and I think this thread may have gotten way off topic.
