well for starters we only lost to them by five when we lasted played them. we just came off a 24 point win from powell co. so i would say we are doing pretty good right now. but your right i doubt to many teams would want to play them right now but we don't play till feb. so we will give them time to cool off hehe.

Congrats JBS on the win. Tate Cox played an excellent game, should have gotten MVP. He proved tonight that he's the heart and sole of JBS. Clark couldn't even get the ball up the floor and proved that he's is NOT the best in the region like many like to think. Even the Stepp coaches finally put the ball in Cox's hands after they saw Clark couldn't handle the D that was on him. I will say that it also looked like it was planned to get Whitaker out of the ball game. Whitaker only played about half the game and that was big for JBS. Had he played there's no doubt Bell wins. I think all the coaches watching tonight learned on think, pressure Stepp. Doc John got any stats on Clark tonight?

You must have been watching a different ball game than me because he was backbone of this team tonight. I will agree that cox is an outstanding player most deff., but you need not demote stepps skill. Can't you just be happy for jbs, this game was there game from start, to finish!

All 5 starters have gone to JBS all their school years from day care untill now. I don't think they were recruited in day care. Hall came in his freshman year because Knott Central wouldn't give him the time of day. He is getting some good playing time and is a great asset to the team

i agree, i thought several people stepped up. a big factor in the game was ryan whitaker getting in foul trouble trying to guard clark. he did a good job on him, but clark's size and ball handling skills made it hard to not foul him, and i am not sure that jbs wins this game if whitaker stays out of foul trouble the entire game. tate cox did play a great game and is one heck of a player, and also clint step shooting from downtown, with #32 giving them some production also makes them very tough.

You must have not payed attention to the game if you watched it because Clark Stepp forced alot of shots that let Bell get back into the game i mean hes a great player dont get me wrong and a great kid but that will hurt them later in the season if he doesnt quit forcing shots in the close games.

His minutes are not starting to disappear. You talk about recruiting all the time , what right have you got to say anything. Brent will get all the playing time he wants, and they won't leave him looking for a ride home. He is a great kid and has a 4.0 .
