I want to start by saying congrats to the CAVS on the playoffs and for being WYMT'S team of the week!!! CAN U BELIEVE THAT I JUST SAID THAT JENKINS IS GOING TO THE PLAYOFFS AND IS THE TEAM OF THE WEEK IN ONE SENTENCE. How long has it been since anyone in Jenkins has said that. Peolpe just don't really understand what a great group of boys this team has on it!!! I LOVE each and everyone of them. I just want you all and everyone on BGR to know how proud I am of this team because they beat the odds and showed people that they can play football!!! GOOD LUCK!!! GO CAVS!!!

Either way, I dont see many Pikeville people talk trash. Pikeville has some more of the classy fans around. I do point negatives about teams but also about the Panthers too. Im rooting for Jenkins to do well as far as they can go because I used to go to school there but I dont think its the Panther fans talking trash. Good luck this year in the playoffs Cavs and in the future!

It's the first time since I've been alive that Jenkins has had any confidence going into a football game. Feels good doesn't it cavs. But I just don't think the Panthers are going to lay down for you twice. I am glad we get you in the first round though.

haha how do u kno everything.. ? yeah we got a little more, last friday iv never seen so much green and white.. everyone was painted and/or wearing it..
we have only had one preprally this year..

oh but the way on the other post i ment to say u dont talk trash... my bad..

we dont expect pikeville to lay down, i didnt think that they layed down the first game... im juss excited to be on the jenkins team that was the first to make the playoffs since 94

Didn't play well then. I just hope that they can get it turned around and start playing some better ball. Jenkins is a tough team though that never quits.

Jenkins played Cumberland in 1994-1995 season at home and was a #3 seed. Cumberland had UK signee George Massey at the time. Not sure what the final was but seems like it was 20-6 or 26-6. A 6-0 game with 6:00 to go until the lights went out in Jenkins and it just went DOWNHILL from there..Cumberland was loaded and in there prime then!

Yeah they was stacked that Year I knew George Massey real well, he went on to play at UK and then CFL

Congrats Jenkins! Is 94 when Jenkins had Shawn Williams ( I think that his name)? I remember him playing against Pikeville. He was a great player.
