I don't know Flicka. I really doubt it, but we threw more in the last 4 games than we did the whole season for 2012. Ford is a good passer; so we are mostly speculating.

Ford is a very good passer, not real mobile but can learn to be so. I am not sure how much Ford's arm will be used next year but when it is it will come in handy. Go Black Bears!!!!!!

I was trying to remember them all, but I can't!! Getting old. I don't want to leave anybody out, but suffice it to say that we are losing 10 Seniors, all at skilled positions. And all great kids!!! I'm going to miss this group so much!!

We are returning Ford, probably at QB, Massey at RB. Fred is a beast! He will make some noise next year. Baby Zak will be back on the line...which line, I do not know. We were so plagued with injuries by the end of the season, he was going both O and D. Little Gary will be back on the line, too. We lost him in the Bell Co game, and I believe he's going to have to have surgery. I don't know that for a fact, but I do know his injury included his ACL.

So we are returning a lot of good players, lost 10 leaders. You can bet that we will be the best we can be!!!!

Little Gary is having surgery this Friday (December 20th), all we know for sure at this point is that the miniscus has to be repaired, if that is it 4-6 weeks, Dr. says he has to look at MCL to see if he needs to go in and repair it, if that's the case 3-4 months recovery. Regardless he will be ready to go in August! Prayers appreciated

I just hope that people keep thinking that HC will be down next year. That is perfectly fine with me. This team COULD and I use the word COULD very carefully, be better than last years team. I know a lot of people will disagree with me and that is fine but we are going to be pretty dang good up front and have a dandy backfield with a nice quarterback....I am not real worried about our defense...please don't get me wrong, we will sorely miss Cole when he was healthy and Carson but we will be ok...I just hope we just continue to fly below the radar...I like the underdog role.

With all do respect 1/4bak, Coach is 10 wins away from 300 while doing what he does, which is VERY impressive. Don't get me wrong, I wish we would throw more especially early in a series but what Coach does has been VERY successful. I have ALWAYS wished coach would throw more but he has won 290 more games than me and I have learned not to question Coach Larkey. I am just so thankful that he came to HC and has put HC on the map of high school football in the state of Kentucky in a VERY short time.

Zak Wilson should be back and in good health! We sure could've used him last year as fast and quick as he is!! He's such a great athlete.

I had the privilege of watching a game this year at Harlan Co. I was blown away by the atmosphere, great place to watch High School football! Harlan County will be Harlan County next year - bringing it on every play and giving you all they got. Coach Larkey is a legendary coach for a reason because he get's the most out of the kids and knows how to motivate them to achieve their full potential. I look for Harlan Co. to field another highly competitive team the community will be proud of.

People better not OVERLOOK Harlan Co, they may lose some talent, but in my opinion they just reload....
