Now as for this game coming up,I know RC has a great team and are looking forward of playing Boyle Co.,should be a great game, but I think Boyle wins, all respect to Russell Co. and the fans.Lets us all enjoy the game and everyone be safe.
I was at that game the field sure was a muddy mess.

Seems to me that most successful programs have "arrogant" fans. I just think they expect their team to be successful and there is nothing wrong with that. Great achievement occurs when there is great expectations. Boyle County fans are 1st class, as many fans are. There are a few bad ones as there are everywhere. I respect their program and expect that they will play like champions. They will not be an easy out.
I have not seen anyone say that Boyle will win just by showing up. Has someone really said that?

The rebels know they have to play a very good game to come out with the w. There not going to win just by showing up.
Nobody from rebel nation would say something like that not even me and I can be a troll.

Good to hear, they should be pumped for this game because it shouldn't be your average 2nd round game. I believe all of Russell County is pumped, you can't go anywhere without having a conversation about Russell County vs Boyle Co.
And good luck to your son....there's simply nothing better than watching your child in sports.
Go Lakers!

What kind of field does RC have? Natural or turf?

I would be surprised if we held BC to 13, but a 14 point Laker victory wouldn't surprise me at all.

I thought your point was that us Boyle fans say, if Boyle plays their game there is no way we can get beat.? In Jack's defense he did say "Russell may win".

You obviously haven't watched BC lately. If Russell wins it'll have to be a higher scoring game than that.
11-06-2012, 12:28 PM
If Boyle plays like they did against Danville, they will get beat. If they play like they have been the past few weeks, this could be the best game of the whole playoffs. Boyle is going to see that Britt is fast, fast, fast. But Boyle Co does have a really good run defense. If they keep Britt from getting out into the open and stop him before he can hit the hole flying, then I think Boyle wins. If not I think Russell Co may pull this one out. I think the Britt kid is the fastest I have seen, and after the game Boyle Co will too.

You obviously are giving no respect to the Russell defense, or Boyle's defense either.
There's a whole lot of "ifs" being thrown around. What "if" somebody plays defense?
11-06-2012, 01:26 PM
Russell county has give up less than 100 pts on the season.

If my previous post is what you are refering to,thats not arrogance thats faith, and belief in the Rebel offense.you have no ideal how much better Boyles offense will be than the ones Russell has faced all season.you better hope Russells defense is as good as you think it is.of course once again this is just my honest opinion, but when it comes to Boyle football i usually know what i'm talking about.

With all due respect to RC, they have not played anyone with the exception of KC. Fatigue will play a major role on the outcome imo.

Everyone knows High School football teams are led by their Seniors.... Going into this weeks game RC's Seniors have a playoff record of 2-3.... BC's Seniors have a record of 13-1 (with 2 State Championships). Experience will talk, and the Rebels will prevail.
