1) Looks more appropriate for a team who has been to 5 State Finals in the past 10 Years
2) The more form fitting material will make it just a little harder for opposing teams to hold, as well as make it harder for them to tackle.
3) Still keeps that classic Belfry look which is one of the best looks in the State.
My favorite jersey has always been the White top with the red pants. I bet that looks super sharp in the new jerseys.

New red jerseys, new red pants, and new white pants, but as far as I know same white jersey. Definitely not a money issue, because I heard the jerseys were given to/bought for us and white ones will come next year.

If Belfry Football has money issues then EVERY athletic program in the state of Kentucky is in debt to their eyeballs.
Amount of money that place makes is staggering I'm sure.

On the eve of the first scrimmage, anyone know enough about the team thus far to offer up offensive/defensive starting lineups? I assume James May, Zach Taylor, and Derrick Jude are starting on the o-line, but who are the other two spots? T. Willis at G?
Lets hear some scuttlebutt dangit!

Willis at G?scuttlebutt, tuffy has had a good camp, (2 adays)., he went down monday and ahs set the rest of the week, i dont know if he will play tonight. look for macky francis to step in and do most the snapping tonight. at tackle drew mullins, barnes and earl have been competing, barnes had not practiced until he got a wake up call from coach this week, he has particapated since tuesday, carr is looking sharp at fullback and has may and hatfield hot on his tail, all have had a good camp. on d looks like francisco will get the nod at the open olb spot, expect to see t. may there also. i dont know who will play nose I do know at tackle they would like to have duty and j may, coach t said may has!!! to play offense, if he can do both fine but he has to play off. i dont know anything about the secondary never watch them. all i have left is to say timmy may needs to be on the field, he is THE hardest hitter on the team and the only thing they have close to hitting the way dixon did last season.

Madjack, I'm gonna somewhat agree, they need to find a place to use Timmy May. Long, strong, athletic kid who isn't slow and likes to hit. He is one that it will be hard to keep off the field, and can probably play almost anywhere on defense.

Anyone going to give reports on this evenings scrimmage?
