Having the "best and most high octane" offense in the mountains and getting shut out takes a special kind of suck.
Go back and look at all the thread i posted in preseason, i said Whitley would win 2 or 3 games and theyve already succeeded my expectations, however talking to PCC fans, you would think they have the best team in the country some nights, not all but you all do have some. If i recall, i remember a 10-0 thread last year? Howd that work out for you

In the next 3 weeks I look for HC to get challenged by WC, PCC, BC, but I see this as the year that they run the table, and the kids on the north side of 119 get the win over the dreaded Bobcats, minus Coach Hilton. One thing that I would like to see out of the Black Bear offense, is to let Jordy get more reps in their passing game. At some point in the playoffs there could be a situation when the Bears could have to come from behind and need to be more polished in the passing package that they will use. Now before anyone starts flipping out about second guessing the coaching staff, it's just my opinion that to win a state title at the 5A level you just can't line up and run over everybody, and that's why I would like to see Jordy given more opportunities to polish up on his game, hopefully against some good competition.

I was absolutely decimated last year when we didn't go 10-0.
You can tell how much I believed it would happen by my prediction in that thread.

PCC will not go 10-0 IMO
They have a shot with all the big home games and weak non-district schedule, but that is tough to do.
If they do go 10-0, it won't be with a 28-0 shutout against Harlan lol
I look forward to seeing the offense click though.
These may be the fastest team we've had, even without Jordan Amis.

Most of us predicted PCC to win no more than 4-5 games and our expectations have been exceeded as well

That's close to me being riled up.
If I would have predicted Perry to win that game and had to put up with all of the over-zealous Golden Beagle fans I would have absolutely been riled up.

I dont think you can go by that.
WC and PCC are 2 totally different teams.
With that being said, i honestly believe this game will be much closer than the PCC/HC game.
WC and HC will both run. Like patriot ssaid, heres the run, now stop it.
That means it will be a very short game. I look for HC to pick up the win by 2 or 3 TD's.
I think when Harlan County plays PCC they will literally score every time they have the ball. PCC cant stop the run. If PCC cant complete some passes or pick up 5-6 yards a carry which wont happen on that HC defense, than I say HC beats PCC by 30.
