joejoe is still upset over the hammer and the thumping they took in the playoffs last year.

I'm still laughing over them running on the field last year holding up a nurf hammer. :BigLaugh:

That was funny, too. Then Boyle County thumped them over the head with it, 56-13.

Boyles biggest queston will be thier o-line.they have a couple of kids returning who saw playing time last year because of injuries they should be solid players.i also hear we may have a new kid coming that will help on the line.havent heard his name, but i was told he has good size and that he is from indiana. he is suppose to be very good lineman.

I also have heard of a person currently from out of state showing interest in transferring to Boyle County. I know some of his family very well, and was told he wants to attend the Boyle County School System to better his education. I've not seen him since he was very young, but was told he is now 6'2 275lbs. and was in town last week.

Sounds good i hope he comes,we need all the lineman we can get.

Here is a highlight video of Zach Hester.

Here is a highlight video of Keith Thielemann.

Both are division 1 prospects.

For those who don't know. In the Zach Hester video, it is of his sophomore year(Jersey #41) and junior year(Jersey #10). Just so you don't get confused.
#44
Thanks for the post. Thielemann put in a heck of a workout @ UT Tuesday and blew up a couple of Off. Guards in 1 on 1s. Let's hope both of the boys lead our defense this year to another title, and in the process earn the scholarships they are working so hard for.

I expect great things out of Hester, and Thielemann this year.in my mind when healthy Hester is as good as Lamar Dawson.both of these young men are fine football players on the field, and fine human beings in life off the field.they will both do well in no matter where they go or what they do.
#46
Agreed. The boys play with great heart, and that is something that cannot be taught or coached.

Very close.

I hear there are some issues with the staff and the administration what is going on there?

I'm really close to the program and that's a first on me. Can anyone else shed me some light?

I agree. Zach Hester, like Lamar, is a for sure tackler. Once he gets to you you're going down. Both have great vision as well.
#51
Like Boyle County, I am also in the dark. DDP5, please shed some light.
#52
I also have very close ties to the program, and as far as i know every thing is just fine.maybe someone from across town is trying to start a rumor just to worry us Rebel fans.if you know what i mean.

Hester is very good but he is no Dawson

What I have heard is that the staff is upset because since French's arrival they have been cut 4 teaching position, and have had a lot of promises fall through. From my understanding though it goes deeper then just the staff hear a lot of teachers jumping ship.

Then you have not seen him play very much when he is healthy.i have watched both play for several years, and Zach Hester is as good as Lamar Dawson when he is healthy.he dominated on defense in the state game against Lone Oak as a sophmore.anyway thats my opinion and im sticking to it.

There has been alot of cuts because of the budget, but i dont know of any because of empty promises.

I'll go out on a limb with you. When healthy, Zach Hester is every bit as good as Lamar Dawson. I just hope he can get 100% healthy this season.

I don't know of any teachers jumping ship unless you count the Middle Head Coach and I don't think anyone will lose any sleep over that loss.
#59
I could'nt agree more.I'll sleep well tonight.
