Kentucky vs. Pittsburgh BBVA Compass Bowl 1/8
#31
I fear everytime Newton drops the ball to his waste, he's going to lose it!
#32
Cats go for it???
#33
Wow, that was a risky call. Is Newton slow, or am I being too critical?
#34
I know we just got the first down but I don't feel comfortable with Newton running the ball this much. Why is he anyway? We got Cobb and Locke to do that.
#35
^ Joker's play calling is a "Joke"
#36
He telegraphs his passes WAY too much. He has got to get away from that.
#37
Has Locke even touched the Ball during this drive????

I agree with you. He looks like a statue and throwing motion looks like someone serving badmitten!

Finally, they get it to Locke. He could have 200+ all-purpose yards today if the Cats play calling is smart
#42
Newton can't take so much time to get rid of it
#43
Cobb is dropping passes? Throwing in the towel...
#44
That sack was a killer. But, I'll take the 50 yard FG Smile

He could easily have had 100 receptions this year, but.....

Talk about not throwing the ball down the field. I think so far we see why Hartline was the starter and rightfully so.
#47
End of 1 - UK 3-0

Amen to that! Newton can't throw downfield, and I don't have a whole lot of confidence with him throwing outpatterns!

This Pitt Drive is looking like their first drive that the Cats were fortunate in
#51
Pitt is driving TOO easy!
#52
As well as Pitt was driving, I'd call holding them to a FG was a win.

Good Lord! Mathews is still running if Newton throws it to him. Bring on Mos or go to the wildcat.
#55
That might have been the ugliest 25 yards in the air from that Newton pass that I have ever seen!
#56
Newton has got to go!
#57
Throw the ball!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
#58
If he keeps going north and south he picks up the first down easy! His decision making sucks.
#59
I thought Newton was the answer to everyone's prayers.
