pike central and pikeville comes to mind...but really anyone pike central plays in the region is a rival

SF vs. AC use to be a pretty awesome game to watch.... AC has nothing anymore so SF just rolls over top of them everytime they play.... The fans still come out to the games but they ain't much to cheer about unless u r a SF fan

I think in the 58th the biggest rivalry is South Floyd and Prestonsburg. It's been mostly dominated of late by South Floyd but P-burg has won a big game here and there of late too. I'm a south floyd fan so it's always good to see the biggest school in the county Prestonsburg go down.

Back in the late 70's and early 80's it was Allen Central and Betsy Layne.....they used to be cars parked all the way to the highway when these two teams played each other.....even the bands would have big competitions againist each other to see who was the best.....that was one of the biggest rivalries in the state back then.....but nowadays I would say Central and Paintsville
